Prakram Dandona is an Indian a professional Indian MMA Fighter, bodybuilder, and entrepreneur.
Prakram Dandona is the 64th ranked of 80 active Asia South Pro Lightweights in 2023. Before this, he was ranked 70th out of 87 active Asia South Pro Lightweights.
In addition to self-defence lessons, boxing, kickboxing, muay thai, wrestling, jiu-jitsu, and functional fitness, he operates two fitness clubs, ROAR MMA in Faridabad and Cafe Roar in Delhi. Both clubs were launched on 29 September 2020 and 14 October 2019, respectively.
At Matrix Fight Night 2 held in June 2019, Prakram Dandona won his first fight in the professional ranks by defeating Sandeep Yadav. He participated in Matrix Fight Night 3 (held in December 2019) and Matrix Fight Night 9 (hosted in June 2022) but lost both times.

Prakram participated in the youth-focused Indian reality series “MTV Roadies – Karm Ya Kaand” (Season 19), which was presented by Sonu Sood , in 2023. The judges Prince Narula , Gautam Gulati , and Rhea Chakraborty were astounded by the MMA strikes he demonstrated during the personal interview and received a collective bid of over 3200 Roadies points from the judges.
