Poonam Khemnar is an Indian cricketer who has played many matches for Maharashtra in different tournaments. She is considered one of the best all-rounders in Maharashtra. She played for Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) in the Women’s Premier League 2023.
She started playing cricket during her childhood.
She played cricket for Pune University and won a silver medal in a West Zone competition and represented the team in the All India Inter-University Tournament at V.B.S. Purvanchal University, Jaunpur, Uttar Pradesh in the 2017-18 season.

She played as an all-rounder for Maharashtra in the Ranji Trophy and other domestic competitions.
