Pitaka worked as a commercial pilot during the early years of his marriage. However, he switched to the field of investment due to concerns about family time and safety.
He later worked as vice president of the investment department at the real estate company Rende Development Co. Ltd. in Bangkok. He also joined the committee of the Thaicom Foundation, which helps people in Thailand learn and grow, aiming to make them aware and ready to be global citizens.
He then started working as the deputy chief investment officer at Rende Development Co. Ltd.
Pitaka met Paetongtarn Shinawatra , a politician, through Khanapoj Joemrith, who is Pitaka’s cousin and a close friend of Paetongtarn. The duo soon fell in love and got married in 2019, after dating for 2 years.
