Parvesh Bhainswal is an Indian Kabaddi professional and is known for playing in the Pro Kabaddi League. He was a member of the Indian Kabaddi team, which won gold medal at the 19th Asian Games held in Hangzhou, China.
He is from Bhainswal village in the Sonipat district of Haryana.

As a child, Parvesh observed his elder brother engage in Kabaddi, which developed his interest in the sport and started to participate in tournaments. Despite deciding to quit playing Kabaddi after his father’s passing, his brother encouraged him to continue playing.
At the age of 11-12, Parvesh and his cousin Sunil Malik began their Kabaddi journey. In an interview, he discussed how he initially started playing Kabaddi and eventually transitioned into becoming a professional Kabaddi player, he shared,
It all started in school after watching our elder brothers play Kabaddi. At that time, we just used to play for fun, but as things progressed and we participated in U-14 nationals and school nationals, and we began to realise that there was potential for us in kabaddi. While studying at school, Parvesh participated in the Under-14 school games, where his talent caught the attention of coach Jaivir Sharma during the University Nationals. Later, he joined the Sports Authority of India (SAI) in Gandhinagar.

After he performed well in the national and international Kabaddi matches, he was selected by the Indian Railways for the post of TT.
His Kabaddi journey also includes active involvement in various domestic Kabaddi tournaments, representing teams of the Income Tax and Railway departments.
Parvesh’s performance in the national team caught the eye of the Jaipur Pink Panthers, leading to his selection for Season 4 of the Pro Kabaddi League (PKL).
In the PKL Season 5 auction in 2017, he was bought by the Gujarat Fortune Giants for Rs 25 lakhs. Throughout the season, he secured 48 tackle points in 24 matches, along with 4 Super Tackles.
In PKL Season 6, he was once again bought by the Gujarat Fortune Giants for Rs 35 lakhs. His exceptional performance during the 6th season resulted in him achieving a personal best with 86 tackle points in 25 matches, including 4 Super Tackles.

In 2019, Parvesh contributed as a member of the Indian Kabaddi team, securing a gold medal in the 13th South Asian Games in Kathmandu, Nepal.
In PKL Season 7 in 2019, he garnered 55 tackle points in 22 matches. Continuing with his team, he, and his cousin Sunil Malik, were retained by the Gujarat Giants for PKL Season 8 in 2021.

In 2020, Parvesh played with the Indian Railways team, securing a gold medal in the 67th Senior National Kabaddi Championship.
In 2022, he and his team achieved success by winning a trophy and gold medal at the 69th Men’s Senior National Kabaddi Championships.
During the 2022 season of Pro Kabaddi League (PKL) season 9, Parvesh Bhainswal secured a deal worth Rs 62 lakhs and performed well as a left cover for the Telugu Titans. He achieved six High 5s in 21 games.
In June 2023, he played a key role in the Indian Kabaddi team’s triumph, winning gold at the 11th Asian Kabaddi Championship held in Busan, South Korea.
In 2023, Parvesh played as a member of the Indian team, clinching a gold medal in the Asian Games finals in Hangzhou, China. The team achieved success after beating Iran with a score of 33-29.
