Parizaad Kolah Marshall is an Indian television anchor, model, and actor. She started her career as a model and gained popularity by hosting a sports show on Ten Sports in the late 2000s.
According to her, she was born in Mumbai and grew up in the Parsi Colony of the city. While pursuing her graduation from H. R. College in Mumbai, she was involved in theatre and modelling.
In 2003, Rajshri Production offered her a role in the movie âMain Prem Ki Diwani Hoon,â which starred Indian actors Kareena Kapoor and Hrithik Roshan . In the film, she played Kareena Kapoorâs friend, and her performance was appreciated by both the audience and critics.

After appearing in Main Prem Ki Diwani Hoon, Parizad received many movie offers, but she was not interested in doing films. She preferred modelling and hosting television shows.
