In June 2012, Nikhil joined DIAGEO India as Manager of Commercial and Operations in the Sports Marketing Business in Bengaluru.
In July 2014, Sosale was promoted at DIAGEO India to Senior Manager of Commercial, Marketing, and Operations for Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB).
In July 2016, Nikhil Sosale began leading Business and Commercial Operations for Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) within DIAGEO India’s Sports Marketing Business.
