Nigaar Khan is an actress who is best known for her negative roles in the films and TV serials.Â
She was born and brought up in a Muslim family in Pune.
She is an elder sister of very popular and gorgeous actress Gauhar Khan.
After completing her education, she moved to Mumbai to pursue her dreams of becoming an actress, however, she landed up doing modelling.
She participated in Femina Elite Modelling Contest wherein she was the third finalist. Soon, she got the opportunity to do a number of commercials and ad campaigns.
While doing modelling she was noticed by a TV director who offered her a cameo role in the TV show âLipstickâ in 2002.
She came to limelight in 2008, when she took part in a dance reality show âEk Khiladi Ek Haseenaâ.Â
She appeared in the number of TV reality shows like âThe Khan Sistersâ, âSacch Ka Saamnaâ, âWelcome â Baazi Mehmaan-Nawaazi Kiâ etc.
She also hosted the show âLove Storyâ in which she presented the stories and interviewed various celebrities.
In November 2014, she participated in Bigg Boss 8 as wild card contestant and survived only for a week where she got evicted in a ninth week.Â
She has 3 more siblings apart from Gauhar Khan .
She got married to her longtime boyfriend Khayaam Sheikh who is a Pakistani businessman and moved to Dubai after marriage.
