She grew up in Pune, Maharashtra.

When she was 10 years old, she started her training in Kathak.
During her college days, she started participating in various theatre plays, and from there she developed an interest in acting. She then performed in various Hindi and Marathi theatre plays. Her first commercial Marathi stage drama was âKshan Ek Pure.â She then performed in many Hindi and Marathi theatre plays.

Neha Joshi has appeared in various Marathi TV serials such as âAvaghachi Sansarâ (2009), âKa Re Duravaâ (2014), and âJyotiba Aani Savitribai Phuleâ (2017).

My parents were doing theater in Nashik for 45 years. The atmosphere of music was in my house. I have learned Kathak for 10 years. There is acting in jeans.â
On 16 August 2022, she tied the knot with her long-time boyfriend Omkar Kulkarni. She met him on the sets of one of her Marathi TV shows.
In her leisure time, she loves to read books and watch movies. In an interview, while talking about it, Neha said,
I am very fond of reading. I donât read much these days, but I watch movies a lot. I watch atleast 3-4 movies in a week. I love watching all kinds of movies in different languages.â
Neha loves cats and dogs. She often shares pictures with them on her Instagram account.
