Nandini hails from an upper-middle-class Telugu-Sindhi family.
When she was in school, late Soundarya visited her school and chose her to feature as her daughter in an advertisement.
While she was doing graduation in B.Com, she won various beauty pageant titles, which encouraged her to do modelling while studying.
In 2008, she won the title of Miss Andhra Pradesh, after which she continued doing ad films.
She has done modelling for more than 100 national and international brands.
Initially, she wasn’t that keen to do acting, but her mother played a huge role to make her join the film industry by sending her to a lot of auditions, during which Nandini discovered her inclination for acting.
She is an ardent devotee of Shirdi Sai Baba.
