Nacho Casano studied psychology for three years in college but dropped out to pursue a career in modelling.
He travelled across Asia, Europe and American continents as part of his modelling career.
In 2006, he attended acting classes under Colombian actor Ramsés Ramos at the RCN Televisión (branded as Canal RCN) in Bogota Colombia.
In 2007, he relocated to and settled in Mexico City, where he continued his acting studies at the Centro de EducaciĂłn ArtĂstica (CEA) managed by the media company Televisa.
He completed training in multiple areas including hosting and accent neutralisation.
He acted in theatre productions such as ​ No Apagues La Luz (2016) and Lucca y Su Banda (2017) as Malo MalĂsimo.
Some television series he acted in include A Que No Me Dejas (2015-2016) as Mauricio “Mau” Fonseca Murat, Mi Esposo Tiene Familia (2017-2019) as Hugo Aguilar Rivera, and El Amor Invencible (2023) as Marco Núñez, each of the mentioned aired on Las Estrellas.
