In March 2025, Mridul Tiwari gained attention when his Lamborghini hit and injured two pedestrians in Noida, near an under-construction building in Sector 94.
The car was being driven by another man, Deepak, who was on a test drive. A video of the incident went viral, which showed the driver asking if anyone had died.
The injured pedestrians, labourers from Chhattisgarh, were taken to a hospital and were out of danger but suffered leg fractures.
The accident happened around 5 PM on 30 March 2025 near Charkha roundabout.
The Lamborghini, driven by Deepak Kumar from Ajmer, Rajasthan, lost control and hit the labourers.
Police found that Deepak, a car dealer, was in Noida for a test drive of the Pondicherry-registered car.

During questioning, Deepak claimed the accident was caused by a fault in the vehicle.
