Mohit Suri is an Indian film director and producer. The Indian film director Mahesh Bhatt is his maternal uncle.
He once shared that after his motherâs demise, his father did not take much care of him. While he was growing up, his father used to bring his girlfriends home. While Mohit was in college, his father got married, however, that marriage did not last long. Later, his father moved to Chennai from Mumbai.

When he was 16 years old, he started working at Indian film director Mahesh Bhattâs office as an office boy. His job there was to deliver cassettes of T-Series to Maheshâs office.

He has directed a few Hindi films like âKalyugâ (2005), âRaaz: The Mystery Continuesâ (2009), âCrookâ (2010), âAashiqui 2Ⲡ(2013), and âEk Villain Returnsâ (2022). He has also worked as a writer in these films (except Aashiqui 2).

In 2003, while he was on the sets of the Hindi film âZeher,â he met the Indian actress Udita Goswami . Soon, they became friends and gradually, fell in love with each other. They even took a break from their relationship for a year. After dating for around eight years, they got married.
Mohit worked as a director-producer in the 2017 Hindi film âHalf Girlfriend.â
In 2017, he was one of the judges in the reality TV dance show âNach Baliye season 8.â The show was aired on Star Plus.
