Milind Chandwani is an Indian social activist and founder of the NGO âCamp Diaries.â
He was born in a middle-class Hindu family.

He started working as a senior software engineer at Infosys in 2013 and worked there for almost three years.
He then joined an NGO âTeach For Indiaâ as a teacher, and in 2018, he joined iTeach school in Pune as an assistant school leader and acting principal.
He started his NGO âCamp Diariesâ in 2017 with an aim to enable students from lower-income communities to learn various extra-curricular and co-curricular activities.

He came into the limelight in 2019 when he participated as a contestant in the popular TV reality show âMTV Roadies Real Heroes.â He then appeared in the stunt based TV reality show âZee Heroesâ in 2019.
He met the famous Indian TV actress Avika Gor in one of his NGO workshops. They became friends, and soon, they fell in love with each other. In November 2020, Milind shared the news of his relationship with Avika on his Instagram post.
While he was in school, he faced body shaming and was bullied by his schoolmates as he was overweight and weighed more than 105 Kg. He was so depressed with bullying that he decided to quit his life, when he was in 12th class. He then decided to loose weight, and he worked hard to loose 3o Kg of his excessive body weight.
