In 2007, Meghna Lakhani joined Jet Airways in Spain and began working as a Sales Manager.
Later, she worked as a Leisure Sales Manager in Italy.
After that, Meghna Lakhani worked as a regional manager at LATAM Airlines Chile for three years.
InĀ 2015, she started working with VFS GlobalĀ asĀ General Manager in Business Development. She worked in the position till 2017.
In 2018, Meghna Lakhani started Sukisimo, an eco-friendly fashion marketplace in Madrid, Spain.

On 30 August 2025, she came into the limelight when Bharat Takhtani , a businessman and former husband of Bollywood actress Esha Deol , confirmed his relationship with her.
