Mark Bezos is an American philanthropist, entrepreneur, and investor.
In 1999, he started an advertising service company Bezos Nathanson Marketing Group in New York City, USA. In the same year, he joined the NGO âBezos Family Foundationâ in New York as a director.
He started working as a volunteer firefighter at Scarsdale Fire Department in New York in 2005. He gave a TED Talk in 2011 about his experience with Scarsdale Fire Department. He said,
Donât wait until you make your first million to make a difference in somebodyâs life. If you have something to give, give it now. Serve food at a soup kitchen. Clean up a neighbourhood park. Be a mentor.â
