Manmohan Tiwari grew up in a middle-class family.

While he was studying in school, he participated in various acting competitions. Gradually, he developed an interest in acting.
During his college days, he joined a studentās union group.
His father wanted him to become an advocate. On his fatherās will, he went on to practice as an advocate after completing his graduation. However, he did not enjoy the work for long and quit his job as an advocate.
He then joined a theatre group named Asmita Theatre Group. After performing in a few theatre plays with the group, he shifted to Mumbai.
Manmohan has won the state-level karate championship three times.
In 2009, he participated in the Hindi reality TV show āRakhi Ka Swayamwar.ā
