During his training in civil services at Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy Of Administration (LBSNAA) in Mussoorie, Uttarakhand, he crossed paths with Ria Dabi for the first time. Their initial interaction led to the development of a friendship, which gradually blossomed into a romantic relationship.
