Luana Andrade was a Brazilian businesswoman, social media influencer, and model. Luana was very popular on social media with over 488,000 followers. Her social media accounts often showcased her healthy lifestyle and physique. She died on 7 November 2023 due to cardiac arrest in São Paulo.
She used to work as a photographic model since 2018. She had a clothing brand that she promoted on her social networks.
She rose to fame in 2022 after she participated in the sixth edition of the reality show ‘Power Couple’ on Record TV with her boyfriend João Hadad.

In 2023, she was undergoing a body fat extraction procedure at a private hospital in São Paulo. During the procedure, she suffered cardiac arrest just before the surgery. She was immediately taken to the intensive care unit to receive hemodynamic treatment after verifying that a thrombosis occurred. She could not survive after the heart attack and died on 7 November 2023.
Her cremation ceremony was held on 8 November 2023 at Valle Dos Reis Cemetery, São Paulo.
Her boyfriend João Hadad confirmed her death in an Instagram post writing,
I am torn and living my worst nightmare. A piece of me is gone. With much regret and much pain in my heart I say goodbye to my Luana, my princess, my beautiful.”
This was not the first time she underwent surgery to improve her appearance. A source informed,
She had surgery on her abdomen and they were going to operate on her legs. During the extraction of the fat from the knees was when the fatality occurred.”
She had an old acquaintance with player Neymar Jr. She attended his birthday party in Paris. He mourned her death on Instagram and wrote,
Sad day, with two very bad news. First there was the attack that Bru’s parents suffered, but thank God everyone is safe! Second, the death of a friend. My condolences to the whole family, may God welcome Luana with open arms.”
