1. ‘Aaru’ dubbed in Hindi as ‘Return of Ghajini’

Aaru (2005) is an Indian Tamil language gangster film written and directed by Hari. It stars Suriya and Trisha Krishnan in lead role. The film was average at the box office and dubbed in Hindi as ‘The Return of Ghajini’.

Plot: Aaru finds a mentor in Viswanathan who runs a real estate business. He becomes his right hand man and does all his bidding, legal and illegal. When Viswanathan betrays him, Aaru swears to destroy him.

2. ‘Singam‘ dubbed in Hindi as ‘The Fighterman Singham’

Singam (2010) is an Indian Tamil action-masala film directed by Hari, starring Suriya and Anushka Shetty in the lead. The film was a super hit and dubbed into Hindi as ‘The Fighterman Singham’.

Nandha (2001) is an Indian Tamil action-drama film written and directed by Bala, starring Suriya and Laila in the leading roles, while Rajkiran, Saravanan, and Rajshree play other supporting roles. The film was a commercial success and dubbed in Hindi as ‘Vaastav The Return’.

Plot: Nandha returns after serving his term for killing his father. Although he killed him to save his mother, she does not forgive him. He is then taken in by Periyavar, who shelters Sri Lankan refugees.

Mounam Pesiyadhe (2002) is a Tamil-language romantic comedy film, written and directed by Ameer Sultan. It stars Suriya and Trisha in the lead along with Nandha, Mahaa and Anju Mahendra in supporting roles. The film turned out to be a hit at the box office and dubbed in Hindi as ‘Ghatak Returns’.

Plot: Charanraj is excited when his wife Saranya gives birth to twins. However, their happiness is short-lived as one of their sons mysteriously disappears from a train.
