After dropping out of university, she joined the adult content industry.
Later, she found out that she had a low income after selling sexual images and working as a prostitute. Thereafter, she decided to open an OnlyFans account to generate more revenue.
After that, she hosted a competition on OnlyFans where she claimed that the winner would get the chance to have sex with her. She also started filming custom videos and took fan phone calls.
The English journalist Helen Lewis of The Atlantic described her appearance as the girl next door rather than a cartoonishly inflated adult performer.
She posted a video online where she stated that she would be having sex with 101 men and called out for participants in October 2024.
Later, the men were recruited by her after they had completed an application form and taken the Sexually Transmitted Infection test which 200 men booked.
Thereafter, the act was filmed in Airbnb in London. The South African content creator Josh Pieters known for his viral political pranks was also present during the act.
On 5 November, she stated that she would be having intercourse with 1,000 men in a day and on 15 December she stated to have intercourse with 300 men.
On 7 December 2024, her YouTube documentary I Slept with 100 Men in One Day was published on Josh Pieters’s YouTube channel.
After the video was released, it went viral on Twitter and TikTok. It gathered several million views.
In one of the video where she was seen crying went viral on social media and gathered 200,000,000 views.
The men who were involved in the explicit video were not named, some were interviewed later. One man stated that he flew from Switzerland to be a part of the video and another man was concerned that his father would find out about his participation in adult content.
Charley Ross of Grazia magazine stated that the stunt performed by Phillips was of concern, derision, and curiosity as much of the backlash was given to Phillips and not the men who had intercourse with her.
She received several criticism after the video was released such as pundit Ben Shapiro from the American Conservative wrote that Phillips made herself into a sex robot whose soul was stained. Theo Hobson from The Spectator and Brendan O’Neill from Spiked wrote the stunt to be afraid of.
Later, in an interview, Philipps stated that she cried when a few men shamed her for not allowing them to orgasm and regretted not taking rest during the intercourse sessions and fielding questions.
In January 2025, she was banned from Airbnb after she hosted the 101 men video in a London apartment of Airbnb.
Thereafter, she announced that her next challenge would be having intercourse with 1000 men which was scheduled for February 2025 but the plan was not executed after she received deportation threats from the U.S. Customs and Border Protection.
 In February 2025, she announced that she was pregnant for the first time but the next day she and Bonnie Blue revealed that it was fake news.
