Lee Sang-eun was a South Korean singer. She was known for her soprano singing voice. In 2023, she died at the age of 43 in the bathroom just a few minutes before her scheduled performance.
In 2022, she performed a recital atĀ the Kumho Art Hall Yonsei in Seoul.
On 6 July 2023, her dead body was discovered in a bathroom. She was invited to perform at the 33rd Regular Concert of the Gimcheon Municipal Choir, a collaborative event with the Mokpo Municipal Choir. An event staff member went to search for her when she did not appear for her scheduled performance. Later, he found her lifeless body in the womenās bathroom on the third floor of the concert venue.
