Some Lesser Known Facts About Kseniya Alexandrova
Kseniya Alexandrova was born and raised in Moscow, Russia.
From the age of 19, Kseniya worked as a model with the Modus Vivendi agency
In the Miss Russia 2017 competition, she represented Moscow and earned the title of first runner-up. During the competition, she wore a traditional Russian kokoshnik headdress and a gown decorated in the blue-and-white Gzhel pottery style.

Alexandrova represented Russia at the Miss Universe 2017 competition. However, she did not place among the Top 16 semifinalists.
In 2022, Kseniya Alexandrova graduated with a degree in Psychology from Moscow Pedagogical State University. Â Later, she trained in psychodrama therapy and began working with clients.
Along with her modeling career, Alexandrova was passionate about social causes and actively supported charities focused on serious illnesses and orphaned children.
While studying at a psychodrama institute in Moscow, she met her future husband, Ilya. In an interview, she shared that,
I remember our first meeting very well. We were assigned to a classroom and divided into groups based on our interests. Ilya went to those who loved to cook. This surprised me at the time, because, you know, it’s not often that you meet guys who know how to do something in the kitchen. We studied together for three years, gradually getting to know each other, and eventually became closer.”
In September 2024, Ilya proposed to her in Paris, giving her a diamond ring worth 4 million rubles (approximately US$49,937). The couple shared a deep passion for psychology that brought them closer together.

In March 2025, Kseniya Alexandrova had a lavish wedding at a beautiful estate near Moscow and celebrated their honeymoon in the Maldives.

In July 2025, Kseniya and her husband were involved in a car collision in Tver Oblast, a road known for frequent animal collisions. An elk ran onto the road and crashed through the car windshield. Alexandrova was in the passenger seat and suffered a severe head injury.
She was hospitalized in the intensive care unit of the Sklifosovsky Institute for Emergency Medicine, Moscow.
Since 5 July 2025, Kseniya Alexandrova had been in a coma. Despite medical efforts and multiple surgeries, she passed away on 12 August 2025.
