During his college days, Kritesh interned at the National University of Singapore for 3 months as a Summer Research Intern.
After completing his formal education at the National Institute of Technology, Warangal, Kritesh joined Tata Motors in Pune, Maharashtra, where he worked as a senior manager in the product quality department of commercial vehicles for about one and a half years. In 2017, he left the job and decided to pursue his entrepreneurial aspirations in Bengaluru (also called Bangalore). At the age of 23, Kritesh incorporated his first company, Dailyraven Technologies Private Limited.
Initially, Trade Brains was established as a website with the goal of spreading awareness about the stock market. However, the platform evolved to encompass additional verticals, including stock market analytics and market news. This expansion proved successful as Trade Brains went on to attract over one million visitors monthly. Under Kritesh’s leadership, the Trade Brains team has grown from a solitary member to a thriving staff of over thirty-five individuals. Additionally, the platform has built a strong social media presence, boasting over 500K followers across multiple platforms including Instagram and YouTube.
In April 2022, Kritesh launched his second educational venture, FinGrad, which is the sister site of Trade Brains. As an online financial learning platform, FinGrad provides a variety of stock market courses and aims to be a comprehensive destination for all financial education needs, offering a diverse range of topics, including stocks, IPOs, bonds, mutual funds, personal finance, insurance, and more. While talking about FinGrad in an interview, Kritesh Abhishek said,
