Kristen Doute of Lebanese and Irish descent, grew up in Michigan, USA. After completing her education, she moved to Los Angeles to pursue an acting career.
At 11, she became a vegetarian as she liked marine animals, particularly dolphins.
She moved to Los Angeles after high school graduation to pursue a career in the entertainment industry.
