Krishan belongs to a family of athletes who play Kabaddi. Since childhood, he was a Kabaddi lover and watched numerous Kabaddi players from his community and family succeed, which motivated him to take up the sport.
Krishan Dhull began his Kabaddi training at the NK Kabaddi Academy in Haryana, where Dilbagh Singh was his coach. He participated in the K7 Kabaddi Stage Up 2021 in Gurugram as an academy player, where he got the title of the Best Defender of the Tournament after his team won.
