In May 2025, Kashish Chaudhary came into the limelight when she cleared the Balochistan Public Service Commission (BPSC) exam.
She made history by becoming the first woman from the Pakistani Hindu minority in Balochistan to be appointed as an Assistant Commissioner.
In a conversation with a media house, she said that it took her three years of regular study to succeed. She studied for eight hours every day during this time. Her hard work and consistent effort helped her achieve her goal. Kashish Chaudhary said,
Discipline, hard work, and the desire to contribute to society have driven me throughout this journey.”

Her father said in a media interview that his daughter, Kashish Chaudhary, always dreamed of getting an education. She also wanted to do something meaningful for women in society.
After that, Kashish Chaudhary and her father met Balochistan Chief Minister Sarfaraz Bugti in Quetta. During the meeting, she said that she would focus on empowering women and minorities.
