Before venturing into the Indian television industry, Kanan Sharma used to teach dancing at local schools in Jaipur and often performed dance shows at various corporate events.
Soon after finishing her college studies, Kanan Sharma moved to Mumbai to pursue her career in acting. Thereafter, she received the opportunity to work in a few episodes of CID, which was telecasted on Sony Entertainment Television.
