Jeevika Tyagi grew up in Delhi, where she pursued her school education.

She graduated from Drexel University with Summa Cum Laude. During her time at the University, she was associated with the Drexel Entrepreneurship Association, the International Student Advisory Board, and the Drexel Study Abroad Program.
While pursuing her graduation, she took training at Starbucks in Philadelphia, where she worked for less than a year.
Jeevika then worked as a Risk Management Intern at JPMorgan Chase & Co for around a year.
In 2010, she worked as a BRS- Relationship Management Intern at BlackRock in Wilmington, Delaware. There, she assisted the equity trading teams with Aladdin (BlackRock’s trading software) order workflow support.
In 2011, she was promoted to the position of Solutions Center Analyst in BlackRock, New York. As a Solutions Center Analyst, Jeevika provided training, consultation, and day-to-day support for users of Aladdin.
After completing her formal education, Jeevika began working as a banker on Wall Street. However, she didn’t like the work and decided to quit after a while.
Jeevika then returned to India in 2012 and began working as a Marketing Manager at the New York Film Academy’s campus in Noida. She worked there for a year and prepared marketing plans and budgets there. She also lead the marketing team by holding open houses, attending education fests, and promoting the institution.
In 2013, she joined Fleet Ent. Pvt. Limited, where she worked as a Marketing Producer. There, she handled Fleet’s business in Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, and Bangalore by meeting clients. Some of her production projects included advertisements for brands like Listerine, Thomas Cook, Enamor, Palava City, Amrapali Real Estate, Kurkure, Titan, PSI Health, Clean & Clear.
From 2014 to 2015, she worked as the Marketing Manager at Purple Squirrel Eduventures Pvt. Ltd., IIT Bombay. In 2015, she resigned from her job to start up a venture.
In 2015, Jeevika co-founded Stappu Online Services Pvt. Ltd.
In August 2016, she joined Adret Allayurveda Pvt. Ltd. as a CMO. In May 2017, she was appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of the company, a position that she worked on till September 2017.
In the same year, she was listed on the list of 50 Most Empowering Women In Business by Insightsuccess.com.
From September 2017 to December 2019, Jeevika served as the CMO of Unifynd, a software company in Mumbai.
She then resigned from her job and began working as the Marketing Lead at ZEE5. She worked there till March 2021.
In April 2019, Jeevika became the founder and CEO of a Mumbai-based production house named UsherBae Productions.
In January 2021, Jeevika co-founded the athleisure brand Aastey in Mumbai. In January 2022, she was appointed as the CEO of the company.
In 2024, Jeevika Tyagi, along with Aastey’s co-founder Kanupriya Mundhra, appeared in season 3 of the Hindi-language business reality television series Shark Tank India, where they sought investment for their athleisure (athletic and leisure wear combined) startup Aastey. However, they were rejected.

After the episode in which she appeared was aired on Sony Entertainment Television, Jeevika Tyagi took to her Instagram account and slammed the makers of the show for editing their pitch in the show. She was also unhappy with judge Namita Thapar over her comments about their startup’s spending on marketing. In the video that she uploaded on her account, Namita can be heard saying “I’m out” because Jeevika’s startup Aastey took ₹10 crore from investors and spent the entire amount primarily on marketing.
Later, she appeared as a contestant in the Indian reality television series Reality Ranis of The Jungle based on the Dutch show Echte meisjes. The series aired on Discovery India.

Tyagi’s idols in marketing are Guy Kawasaki and Angela Ahrendts.
She is often spotted consuming alcohol on various occasions.
