He portrayed the character of Tommy Oliver, the Green Ranger in six different TV series titled âMighty Morphin Power Rangersâ (1993), âPower Rangers Zeoâ (1996), âPower Rangers Turboâ (1997), âPower Rangers Wild Forceâ (2002), âPower Rangers DinoThunderâ (2004) and âPower Rangers Megaforceâ (2013).
He played more colours of Power Ranger than any other Power Ranger. He played the role of the Green Ranger, White Ranger, Red Ranger, and Black Ranger in many Power Ranger TV series and films.

On 30 January 2010, he made his amateur MMA debut at the Houston Arena Theatre, where he fought and defeated âthe Mack Truckâ Mack in the first round.
On 4 August 2010, he made his professional MMA debut. In the match, he fought Jose Roberto Vasquez in Houston, Texas, United States and won his debut match.

He played the role of Erik Reed and White Dragon in the film. Besides Frank, the filmâs cast includes former Power Rangers Jason Faunt and Ciara Hanna. In 2021, the film completed its shooting and is expected to be released in 2023.
