Some Lesser Known Facts About Imran Sardhariya
When Imran Sardhariya was studying in school, one of his teachers thought he was cute and picked him up for doing a dance performance during a school event. He agreed because he hated studying. He got so interested in dance that later on he chose it as a profession.
Imran Sardhariya got his choreography training from Jai Borade, who is also a winner of the National Film Award for Best Choreography.
Imran Sardhariya owns a Dance School in Bangalore known as Dinky’s Dance and Music Academy (DDMA). The name of the academy is after Imran’s daughter’s nickname ‘Dinky.’
South Indian actor and director Ramesh Aravind’s daughter was Imran’s student at his dance academy. Ramesh was the one who gave Imran Sardhariya a break into the south entertainment business as a choreographer.
In 2001, he choreographed a song titled ‘Preetige Preetine Chappale’ from the Kannada drama film titled ‘Amma Ninna Tholinalli.’
In 2004, he choreographed a song titled ‘Hey Sexy Lady, Yelu Heje Itarre Marga’ from the Kannada comedy film titled ‘Bisi Bisi.’
In 2010, Imran Sardhariya turned into a film director.
In 2015, Imran wrote and directed the Kannada romantic thriller film titled ‘Endendigu.’
