Some Lesser Known Facts About Imran Masood
Imran won the 2007 Uttar Pradesh Vidhan Sabha elections from the Muzaffarabad Assembly Constituency Seat as an independent candidate by defeating Jagdish Singh Rana of the Samajwadi Party with a margin of 3,683 votes.
In 2022, Imran switched from the Indian National Congress to the Samajwadi Party, and later, to the Bahujan Samaj.
In August 2023, he was expelled from the BSP due to disciplinary issues and a lack of will to work for the party in his constituency.
