After making her TV debut as a co-host with her husband, Mani, in the show ‘Hum 2 Humara Show,’ they together hosted another show titled ‘Hira Mani Show’ (2011).
In 2012, Hira Mani made an appearance as an advertisement lady in the show ‘Hum Sub Umeed Se Hain.’
The actress has acted in more than 20 television dramas among which the most remarkable include ‘Jab We Wed’ (2014), ‘Firaaq’ (2014), ‘Bandish’ (2019), and ‘Mein Hari Piya’ (2021).

She sang the song “Sawaari” and “Tamanna” for Seasons 1 and 2 respectively of the Pakistani music show Kashmir Beats. She also lent her voice to the song “Taare” (2022) along with Pakistani singer Raafay Israr.
Hira Mani revealed on the show “Speak Your Heart with Samina Peerzada” that she was engaged twice before marrying Mani. She further revealed that she cheated on her then-fiancé with Mani.
