Some Lesser Known Facts About Heena Jain
Heena Jain grew up in a middle-class orthodox family in Bangalore, Karnataka.
Since childhood, Heena didn’t get along with her father.
The environment at her home was very toxic and girls were asked to wear a veil. However, Heena was never girly. She always wanted to be the man of the family and be the breadwinner.
Her father did not like her attitude and never looked up respectfully towards her, calling her cheap names.
She was an academically bright student in her school days.
Heena took part in several co-curricular activities in her college days.

After completing her graduation, Heena worked at a corporate office for a while. However, she didn’t like her job and decided to quit.
Heena then began working as a model. She has walked the ramp for various fashion shows.

Soon, she found her passion for Yoga and began practising it.
She also did teacher training in Yoga and began conducting personal yoga sessions for a few clients. After some time, her clientele grew.
Heena has been doing Yoga for the past five years and is well-versed in different types of yoga including Ashtanga, Hatha, and Ariel Yoga.

She has also briefly worked as a yoga instructor at JW Marriott.
She has promoted various brands on her Instagram account including Amazon, Pintola Peanut Butter, Vitamin Berry, and Big Muscles Nutrition.

In an interview, while sharing a sweet childhood memory, Heena said that during her school days, she used to celebrate her birthday twice or thrice a year as she loved wearing new clothes.
In 2025, she participated in season 20 of the reality TV show MTV Roadies. During the personal interview round on the show, Heena shared that she was very manipulative. She also shared that her favourite gang leader was Neha Dhupia .
