Some Lesser Known Facts About Hardy Sandhu
Hardy used to sing as a hobby since his childhood.
He was passionate about cricket and always wanted to make a career in it.
Hardy gave his 1st stage performance in singing at his uncle’s marriage.
Apart from singing and cricket, he was also good at dance in his school days.
He played cricket as a fast bowler for around 12 years. He even played for Under 19 India and Punjab Ranji Team, but due to an elbow injury had to quit cricket.

His cricket idols were Sachin Tendulkar and Brett Lee.
He started singing professionally in 2012 but got his breakthrough with the song Soch_,_ which was later included in the 2016 Bollywood hit film Airlift.
Hardy got upset with the fact that the song ‘Soch’ was adopted into the Bollywood film without his knowledge.
Some of his popular tracks include “Saah,” “Naa Ji Naa,” “Hornn Blow,” “Backbone,” “Yaar Ni Milyaa,” “Naah,” and “Kya Baat Ay.”

Although Sandhu is very good at dance, it took him one month to learn the dance steps for his song “Naah.”
His song ‘Soch’ was the first Indian song to garner more than 100 million views within five months of the song release.
Sandhu was nicknamed, Hardy, by his co-players who used to play cricket with him. They started calling him Hardy as they found it difficult to pronounce his name.
In an interview, Hardy recalled an incident from one of his performances. He mentioned a private wedding where a lady in her mid-30s or 40s insisted on joining him on stage. Hardy initially refused, but he later allowed her to join him on stage, where they danced to a song together.
