Gunjan Pant is an Indian film and television actress who is known for her work in the Bhojpuri and Hindi entertainment industries.
She grew up in a middle-class family in Nainital, Uttarkhand.
In childhood, she wanted to become a cardiologist; however, later, she became interested in acting, and she moved to Mumbai to fulfill her desire of becoming an actress.
In 2004, she started her television career with the TV serial âZindagi Ek Safarâ alongside Sunil Agnihotri. In 2006, she appeared in the TV serial âChandramukhi.â
In 2008, she made her Bhojpuri debut with the film âKarni Ke Phal Aaj Na Ta Kal.â In the same year, she appeared in the Bhojpuri film âHamar Mother Indiaâ in the lead role.
Later, she played lead roles in many Bhojpuri films including âKahar,â âAction Queen,â âMadhubala,â and âYeh Ishq Bada Bedardi Hai.â
Some of her popular Bhojpuri films are âNathuniya Pe Goli Maareâ (2010), âChandu Ke Chameliâ (2010), âMar Deb Goli Kehu Na Boliâ (2010), âLaxman Rekhaâ (2013), âSuhaagâ (2015), âNahle Par Dahlaâ (2015), âKotha Jahan Pyar Bikelaâ (2015), âBairi Bhail Sajanwaa Hamaarâ (2017), âYadav Paan Bhandarâ (2018), âYe Ishq Bada Bedardiâ (2018), âBhail Tohara Se Pyaarâ (2019), âDarar 2â (2019), âGundaâ (2019), and âOm Har Har Mahadevâ (2019).
