Some Lesser Known Facts About Gina-Maria Schumacher
Gina tried her hands on motorsports for a year but later decided to opt for horse riding.
Gina and her mother Corinna Schumacher are both passionate about horse riding. They used to organize horse riding events at their ranch in Givrins, Switzerland. The ranch was given as a gift to Gina’s mother by her father on their 10th wedding anniversary in 2005.
Gina’s husband Iain Bethke is a keen horse enthusiast and they met for the first time at a horse stable. The couple made their relationship public in December 2017 when they were spotted together at an award ceremony.

In 2017, Gina won the FEI World Reining Championships in Switzerland.
Apart from horses, she is also a dog lover and has kept a pet dog named Paul. The dog is a mini Australian shepherd.

In February 2018, she won a gold medal at the National Reining Horse Association’s novice Cavalli. In the same year, she topped the World Championships for junior riders.
Gina is a model for the label Herzen’s Angelegenheit. Her modelling career started because of her brother, Mick, who posted a family photo at Christmas 2022 in which Gina was wearing one of the label’s blouses. The fashion label noticed it and offered her a modelling debut.
According to the reports, Michael Schumacher was seen in public 11 years after his accident at his daughter Gina’s wedding. The wedding happened in a close environment and guests were reportedly asked to surrender their phones upon arrival, only pictures taken by the couple’s official photographer were allowed to be released. The tight security measures were put in place because of Michael Schumacher health’s condition.
