Firoz Khan grew up in Budaun, Uttar Pradesh.

Firoz admired actor Amitabh Bachchan since he was very young. He started mimicking him after watching the film ‘Deewaar’ (1975) at the age of 15. He received appreciation from many people who would visit his home to watch him mimic the actor.
Firoz, who was motivated by the praise he received for his mimicry, moved from Uttar Pradesh to Mumbai to become an actor and meet Amitabh Bachchan in 1994.
In Mumbai, Firoz had no comfortable place to stay and ended up living in a shop. He also faced difficulty in managing one meal a day. Firoz could not even meet Amitabh Bachchan, so he returned to Uttar Pradesh after 2.5 months.
After a few years, Firoz returned to Mumbai. this time, he had the chance to meet Sachin Pilgaonkar , an actor and director, who selected him for a role in the spoof series ‘Ek Do Teen.’ After this, Firoz appeared in MTV’s series ‘Fully Faltoo.’

He played the role of a washerman named ‘Chhedi’ in the television series ‘Bhabiji Ghar Par Hain!’ (2015-2021), which aired on &TV.
