Before he became an actor, he worked at a call centre in Pakistan.
In 2014, Feroze Khan began working as a Video Jockey for the Pakistani television music channel ARY Musik.

In 2014, Feroze Khan portrayed the character Aazer in ARY Digital’s romantic thriller show Chup Raho.
The following year, he gained recognition for his role in Hum TV’s romantic TV series Gul-e-Rana. In the show, he played Adeel, a self-centred and self-absorbed man, earning him a nomination for Best Actor Popular at the 5th Hum Awards. Gul-e-Rana, a romantic drama, was adapted from the novel Hasti Ke Ahang.

In March 2020, through a tweet, Feroze Khan announced that he was going to quit acting. The tweet read,
 I announce that I quit the showbiz industry and will only act and provide my services for the teaching of Islam through this platform if needed else anything but this InshAllah. Request you all to pray for me and my loved ones.”
Feroze Khan announced his decision to leave the entertainment industry after finishing filming for Khuda Aur Muhabbat. He planned to launch his clothing line and prioritize his spiritual journey. However, in December 2020, Feroze Khan returned to the industry. In an interview, he talked about his return and said,
My  Sheikh ordered me not to quit showbiz. He also told me that I needed to be at this place. I have to make something out of this. So I’m reading into a lot of scripts, looking into a lot of scripts — I may act, I may produce, but I’m here.”

In January 2023, Muneeb Butt lodged a complaint against Feroze Khan for revealing the personal phone number of his wife, Aiman Khan, to the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA). The situation arose when Feroze Khan shared a defamation notice on his Instagram profile directed at actors who had called for a ban on him following his divorce and allegations of domestic abuse.
