Lavleen Kaur credits her grandmother for inspiring and pushing her towards becoming a dietitian.

In 2009, Lavleen Kaur started working as a Nutritionist at ‘INSCOL Healthcare Incorporation’ which is a global leader that aims to provide specialized nursing programs for internationally educated nurses.
In 2011, she started working as a dietitian at the Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research (PGIMER) in Chandigarh.
In 2014, Lavleen Kaur started her own diet clinic named ‘Diet Insight’ in Chandigarh.
In the same year, she created her own YouTube channel and started posting informational videos regarding diet and health. Her YouTube channel holds more than 1 lakh 40 thousand subscribers (as of 2024).
She started her own clinic with the idea of helping people realize the power of food and to help heal prevailing lifestyle disorders like diabetes, cholesterol, hypertension, thyroid, and PCOD.
In just six years of starting her clinic, Lavleen Kaur has had more than 10,000 satisfied clients from all over the world.
Her coaching is purely based on balanced healthy food and nutrition. Lavleen focuses on creating a healthy lifestyle rather than promoting quick weight loss diets, usage of pills or with the use of supplements.
Lavleen Kaur provides various different diet programs for her patients and some of them include weight loss, weight gain, kid’s nourishment, pre-wedding, and pregnancy care. She also provides many personalized diet plans for her patients.
Lavleen shares entertaining videos on Instagram to educate the masses about various diet tips in a fun way. She holds more than 3 Lakh 50 thousand followers on Instagram (as of 2024).
In 2020, Lavleen Kaur was featured on the cover of the lifestyle magazine named ‘Urban Mélange Magazine.’
