Dheeraj was the captain of his schoolâs cricket team.
He won a modelling contest in his college days and was offered a diploma course in fashion designing as a prize.
He got inspired for acting after playing the role of the âMay Kingâ in a college play.
Dheeraj started his career as a model when he was in Bangalore and has featured in over 100 TV commercials including Parker, Dabur Honey, Samsung Galaxy, Videocon Mobile, and TATA AIG.
He wanted to become a ramp model but because of his height, he was not successful in that field. He then chose acting.
