Devil inherited the talent of singing from his family. His grandfather used to sing at weddings and his father used to write songs.
Devil got his rap inspiration from Eminem. On the advice of his friends, he started listening to Eminem âs songs.
Devil discovered the hip-hop genre through the song Sapne (2015) by Ikka .
After the release of the song âDonât Hold Back,â Ranveer Singh ran a music contest in 2017, selecting artists for Donât Hold Back 2. Devil participated in the contest and sent his music track as a sample, after which he was selected for the song along with 7 other artists. The song was made in collaboration with Jack & Jones.

Devilâs father died in an accident one day before the release of âDonât Hold Back 2.0.
Devil became Indiaâs fastest rapper in 2022 when he set a record of speaking 478 words in a minute. The record achieved national status and was included in the 2023 edition of the India Book of Records.
