Darsheel Safary is an Indian actor who played the lead role in the national award winning movie Aamir Khan starrer Taare Zameen Par (2007).
His film Taare Zameen Par won the most accolades in the Indian film industry & he became the first child to won a Filmfare award in 2008 for best Actor Critics Choice.
He was discovered by scriptwriter and creative director, Amol Gupte in late 2006 after going through hundreds of auditions, Amol Gupte found Darsheel Safary at Shiamak Davar’s dancing school, “Summer Funk”.
He participated in a dance reality show Jhalak Dikhlaja in 2015.
