He is the chairman of Yotta Data Services, H-Energy, Tarq Semiconductors, and Tez Platforms. He is the son of Niranjan Hiranandani, co-founder of Hiranandani Group which is headquartered in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
Darshan Hiranandani is known for diversifying Hiranandani Groupâs real estate business internationally and venturing into emerging sectors such as data centres, cloud computing, energy, and industrial warehousing and logistics. According to him, he is committed to meeting the countryâs infrastructure requirements and contributing to its economic growth.
In 2009, his father, Niranjan Hiranandani, had a dispute with his London-based daughter, Priya Vandrevala. She accused Niranjan and Darshan Hiranandani of violating a development deal. Darshan Hiranandani is a member of various councils for ASSOCHAM, a member of the Board of Trustees of his alma mater Rochester Institute of Technology, and a member of the Board of Directors for RIT Dubai.
