D. K. Suresh is an Indian politician who has been a Member of Parliament (MP) from the Bengaluru Rural constituency in Karnataka. He is a member of the Indian National Congress (INC) and brother of Deputy Chief Minister of Karnataka D. K. Shivakumar .
After completing his studies, he started working in the field of social service and business. He also worked in politics with his brother since the 1980s.

He got his first political break in 2013 when H. D. Kumaraswamy resigned from Bangalore Rural (Ramanagara) constituency. He contested elections and became a Member of Parliament (MP) for the first time.

He holds the position of Vice-Chairman in the D.K.S. Charitable Institute Trust, an organization dedicated to addressing water scarcity in villages.
