Chelsee Healey grew up in Eccles, Manchester.

Her father passed away when she was just five years old. Chelsee, along with her family, was on a holiday in Ibiza, when her father fell ill with pancreatitis and a few days later, he died.
Chelsee’s father was of a Jamaican origin and her mother is white British.
She was inclined towards acting from a young age and at the age of 10, she joined the theatre school Laine Management to polish her acting skills.
Chelsee was diagnosed with dyslexia while she was in college.
