From his early days, he held a deep fascination for mimicry, actively engaging in local school competitions. After completing his studies up to the 12th standard, he chose not to pursue further education in order to provide for his family.

Together with his friends, he established a mimicry group called Adimali Sagara and embarked on a journey to perform at local shows as a comedian and mimicry artist. During the off-season, he engaged in painting as a means of livelihood. Eventually, he entered the Malayalam entertainment industry, primarily focusing on his comedic endeavours.

In subsequent years, he actively participated in numerous film projects, such as Black Butterfly in 2013, Ithihasa in 2014, Naam in 2018, Shylock in 2020, and Jo and Jo in 2022.

During the early hours of 5 June 2023, approximately at 4:30 am, Binu Adimali was on a journey, accompanied by his friends Ullas Aroor, Kollam Sudhi , and Mahesh, when his vehicle collided with a pickup truck in the vicinity of Panambikunnu, situated in the Kaipamangalam village of Thrissur, Kerala.
