Binita Chetry had a passion for dancing and often copied other dancers and developed her own style.
Her parents sent her to a local dance training school and later to Guwahati.

At the age of six, she moved to Jaipur with her aunt, Amrita Devi, where she started learning under her mentor, Hardik Rawat.

She later participated in several dance shows, including Dance Deewane Juniors in 2022, which aired on Colours, and Super Dancer season 5 in 2022, which aired on Sony.

She also won Dance IKON season 2 in 2025, which was streamed on Aha.

Rawat later advised her parents to take her to Britain’s Got Talent (BGT) 2025.

She later travelled to the United Kingdom (UK), where she participated in the auditions of Britain’s Got Talent
She performed in a mix of martial arts and dance on the Tommee Profitt & FJØRA’s version of Eye of the Tiger and was selected.

Her video also went viral, in which she revealed her desire to buy a pink princess house.
She later got maximum votes in the semifinal and was selected for the final scheduled on 31 May 2025.
The winner was set to get £250,000 (INR 3 crores) and the opportunity to sing at the prestigious Royal Variety Performance in front of the British Royal Family.
Assam CM Himanta Biswa Sarma and industrialist Anand Mahindra also congratulated her on X and praised her.
She often uploads videos on social media dancing to other songs.
