She hails from a musical family of Gujarat.
Bhoomi Trivedi when she was 8 months old
She started to learn music at a very young age. She was in 8 class when she started to learn the art.
Her mother was a trained folk singer and had her own music group.
In her childhood, she used to learn music from her mother and was very close to her.

While she learned the art of singing, her sister trained as a Bharata Natyam dancer.

In 2007, she got selected in Indian Idol Season 3 but had to quit the show after she suffered from jaundice.
In 2008, she again got selected in Indian Idol Season 4. But yet again she had to quit the show as aunt died of breast cancer.
In 2009, she again qualified for the season 5 of Indian Idol. She reached the finals of the competition. In the audition, she sang a mix of Wannabe by Spice Girls and a Gujarati rap.
She began her Bollywood career with the song ‘Bahne Dey’ in the 2012 film Prem Mayee.
In 2013, she recieved huge applause and love for her song ‘Ram Chahe Leela’ in the Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s film, Goliyon Ki Raasleela: Ram-Leela.
She has sung songs in big Indian movies as well as in Gujarati movies also.
In 2018, she became part of the & TV’s singing reality show, Love me India Kids. She was cast as a captain along with Anusha Mani , Abhijeet Sawant and Navraj Hans in the show.
