Badrul Islam is an Indian actor, who primarily works in Hindi TV and film industries. He is well-known for playing supporting roles.
He belongs to an Islamic family in India.
When he was a child, he saw the popular Bollywood film âSholay,â which developed his interest in films. Soon, he decided to pursue acting as his career.
He actively took part in street plays during cultural events held at his college. Once, he visited a village in Haryana to perform a play, where his noteworthy performance earned him the title of best actor.
He began his acting journey with theatre. He attended the Shri Ram Centre for Performing Arts in New Delhi. Later, he began to work at the National School of Drama in New Delhi, where he acted in many theatrical productions.

He made an appearance in the 2014 romantic comedy film âKhoobsuratâ in a supporting role, alongside Sonam Kapoor and Fawad Khan , who played the lead roles.
In 2016, he became more popular when he played the supporting role of a chicken shop owner in the widely acclaimed biographical film âDangal,â which featured Aamir Khan in the lead role.
In 2018, he was cast to play the role of Mustafa in the fantasy television series âAladdin â Naam Toh Suna Hoga,â which aired on Sony Sab.
