Some Lesser Known Facts About Baba Bhaskar
Since his childhood, Baba was passionate about dancing and started learning dance from the dance master, Paulraj.
He started working as a backstage dancer at the age of 9.
After being a backstage dancer for many years, he started assisting Shiva Shankar Master. Â
He worked as an assistant to the famous choreographer, Raju Sundaram Master, for five years. Â
He worked in various languages such as Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada.
In 20018, he started his career as film choreography with the Telugu Film Kotha Bangaru Lokam.
In 2011, Baba got the Filmfare Award for Best Choreographer. The same year, he received the Technical Award.
In 2013, he worked as a dance choreographer in the Tamil Film “Singam II.”
In 2019, he appeared as the judge of the dance reality tv show “Dhee Jodi.”
He has done choregraphy in many popular Tamil and Telugu films such as Kedi, Petta, Maari 2, Amma Kanakku, Enakku Innoru Per Irukku, Marudhu, Rajini Murugan, Velaiilla Pattadhari, 2.0, Kandireega, etc.
He has worked with almost all the superstars in the South Indian Film Industry including Rajinikanth , Vijay, Ajith, Mahesh Babu , Dhanush , Jr. NTR and many more.
He is a passionate writer and has written the script for the Tamil Film “Kuppathu Raja” and also directed it.
In July 2019, he participated in the famous TV reality show- Bigg Boss Telugu Season 3.Â
